How Subscriptions Work
By subscribing to momentum, you agree to receive recurring deliveries of your selected product(s) at the frequency you choose. Your saved payment method is charged automatically on each renewal date.
momentum subscriptions include a minimum commitment period from your first billing date that varies by delivery frequency. This lets us secure better pricing from our partners and pass those savings on to you through subscriber discounts. After the commitment period ends, your subscription continues on a rolling basis and can be cancelled anytime.
You can still pause, skip, or swap products at any time during the commitment period. The commitment applies to the subscription itself, not to specific delivery dates.
Delivery Frequencies
momentum currently offers two delivery frequencies. Choose whichever fits your consumption pace.
- Every 2 weeks — Best for high-volume users (daily training, family households, or stocking up frequently).
- Every 1 month — Best for steady, everyday use.
You can change your delivery frequency at any time through your account, including during the commitment period. Frequency changes apply to the next billing cycle. Switching frequency does not reset your commitment period.
Minimum Commitment
Each delivery frequency has a different minimum commitment, expressed in number of billing cycles. The commitment ensures we can offer subscription pricing and free shipping at a sustainable level.
Once you've completed your minimum cycles, your subscription becomes fully flexible. You can cancel anytime with no further obligation.
Billing & Payment
- Your card is charged automatically on the same date each billing cycle (every 2 weeks or every month, depending on your plan).
- All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
- Shipping fees apply per delivery unless free shipping is included with your plan.
- You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before each renewal.
- A receipt is emailed after every successful charge.
Subscription Discounts
Subscription discounts apply only while your subscription remains active. If you cancel and later reorder as a one-time purchase, the regular retail price applies.
Managing Your Plan
You can pause, skip, swap products, or change delivery frequency anytime through your customer account, including during the commitment period.
- Log in at themomentum.com.au/account
- Go to "Manage Subscriptions"
- Select Pause, Skip, Edit frequency, Swap products, or Cancel
Any changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Changes made within 48 hours of billing will apply to the following cycle, not the upcoming one.
Cancellation
momentum subscriptions include a minimum commitment based on your delivery frequency (see Section 03). You'll receive and be charged for deliveries across your minimum cycles before cancellation takes effect.
- During the commitment period: Cancellation requests are accepted and scheduled to take effect at the end of your minimum cycles. You'll continue to receive scheduled deliveries until then.
- After the commitment period: You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect immediately for future orders.
- Already-processed orders cannot be cancelled.
- No cancellation fees apply.
Early cancellation may be granted at our discretion in cases of genuine hardship, medical reasons, or product issues we cannot resolve. Contact hello@themomentum.com.au to discuss your situation.
Refunds
- Already-shipped orders are non-refundable except for damaged or defective products.
- If a payment is processed within 48 hours of cancellation due to timing, contact us within 7 days for a refund of the unshipped order.
- Refunds for damaged or defective products are processed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we'll automatically retry up to 4 times over 10 days. If all attempts are unsuccessful, your subscription will be paused and you'll be notified by email to update your payment method. Your commitment period pauses while your subscription is paused due to failed payment, and resumes once payment is successfully processed.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. If a price change occurs during your commitment period, you'll have the option to cancel before the new price applies, with the commitment waived in this specific case.
