- We'll review your request and confirm eligibility
- If accepted, you'll receive a return shipping label and instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please always contact us before sending anything back.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item — we'll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sale items — items purchased on discount or as part of a promotion
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
This way, you'll get your new product faster without waiting for the original return to be processed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
