Questions answered.
How is this chicken stored?
Shelf-stable for 12 months at room temperature thanks to high-temperature sterilisation. No fridge needed until you open the pack.
Is it really made in Korea?
Yes โ 100% premium chicken sourced and produced in Korea, with full HACCP certification.
How much protein does one pack provide?
Each 100g pack contains 24g of protein โ that's 44% of your recommended daily intake in a single pack.
Can I eat it straight from the pack?
Yes! It's fully cooked and ready to enjoy immediately. For optimal texture, gently press the chicken before unwrapping.
Can I microwave it?
Optional: 20โ30 seconds at 700W enhances flavour and aroma, but it's also delicious cold straight from the pack.
How can I use it in meals?
Perfect for salads, sandwiches, wraps, pasta dishes, or as a quick snack anytime. The sweet-savoury balance pairs beautifully with rice, stir-fries, and Asian-inspired bowls.
Does Tuk-Dak contain preservatives?
No chemical preservatives or artificial additives are used. Tuk-Dak stays safe due to high-temperature sterilisation at 115ยฐC under pressure, similar to canned tuna. Food spoils due to bacteria and air, not because of preservatives.

Why does the chicken sometimes appear pink or red?
This is called the pinking phenomenon. Even though the chicken is fully cooked, myoglobin in the meat can cause a pink or reddish hue. This is normal and safe to eat.
