Straight to the 20-Pack
Better value per week and it ships free, but you are committing to four of every flavour before you have tried any of them. Teriyaki and Taco divide people. Worth knowing first.

Can I choose the flavours?
The 5-Pack ships as one of each so you get the full range. If a flavour runs short we swap in another, and the total is always 5 packs. If there is one you would rather not receive, leave a note at checkout and we will do our best.
Is the LABNOSH cookie bar really free?
Yes. One LABNOSH Protein Cookie Bar, normally $3.60, goes in the box automatically. No code, no extra step at checkout. The flavour is Milk Tea or Peanut Butter depending on what we have in stock, and the offer runs while stocks last. If you have a peanut allergy, leave a note at checkout and we will send the Milk Tea one.
Do I need to refrigerate it?
Not until you open it. Each pack keeps for 12 months at room temperature. Once opened, refrigerate and eat within 2 days. The cookie bar has its own date printed on the wrapper.
Can I eat it straight from the pack?
Yes, it is fully cooked. Gently press the pack before opening to loosen the grain. If you prefer it warm, microwave the contents in a safe container for 20 to 30 seconds at 700W. Do not microwave the sealed pouch.
Which flavours should I avoid if I have allergies?
Teriyaki contains oyster extract and milk, so avoid it if you react to shellfish, molluscs or dairy. All five contain soy and wheat. If you need a flavour left out of your box, tell us at checkout. The free cookie bar carries its own allergen panel on the wrapper — the Peanut Butter one contains peanuts, so tell us at checkout if you need the Milk Tea instead.
Is there onion or garlic in these?
Chilli is made with garlic and Taco with onion powder. Mild, Black Pepper and Teriyaki have neither. Neither ingredient is a declarable allergen in Australia, but people ask, so here it is.
No preservatives, so why does it not spoil?
Each pack is sealed first, then sterilised under heat and pressure at 115°C. It is the same principle as canned tuna. Food spoils because of bacteria and air, not because preservatives are missing, so no chemical preservatives or artificial additives are needed.
Why is the chicken pink in places?
This is the pinking phenomenon. The chicken is fully cooked, but myoglobin in the meat can leave a pink or reddish tinge. It is normal and safe to eat.
