Seven mornings.
Zero decisions.
Breakfast is the meal people skip because deciding takes longer than eating. Seven pouches in the drawer removes the decision entirely. Cap off, water in, shake, done, and 22g of plant protein before you have finished checking your phone.
Thicker than you expect.
This is not the thin, grey liquid people picture when they hear plant protein. Roasted oats and brown rice give it body and a milk tea colour, and it holds together right to the last mouthful.
Use less water for a thicker drink, more if you want it to go down easily after training.

There is something to chew.
Most shakes are a liquid you swallow and forget. This one has little balls of roasted brown rice and oats suspended through it, so there is texture in every mouthful rather than just smoothness.
They do not dissolve. They soften in the liquid and stay chewy, which is why reviewers keep calling them a treat rather than a texture problem.
It also changes how the drink lands. Something you chew registers differently from something you gulp, and buyers describe this one as noticeably more filling than a plain shake. Over seven days that is the difference between a drink you have and a drink that holds you until lunch.
If you want a completely smooth drink with nothing in it, this is not that. That is the one thing worth knowing before you order a whole week of them.

What buyers say

Leave a few at work
The box splits. Keep three in the office drawer for the days lunch does not happen.
One lives in the gym bag
Flat and light on the way in. Mixed at the bubbler on the way out.
Take one on the weekend
Weighs 40g until you add water, which is the opposite of carrying a full bottle up a hill.
A box of seven is not one place, it is several. Because each pouch is sealed and self-contained, you can spread them across a drawer, a bag and a car without opening anything.
Is a week the right amount?
One pouch tells you the flavour
It does not tell you whether you will keep doing it. Most people like the taste on day one. The real question is whether you still reach for it on day five, and that needs more than a single serve to answer.
Seven is exactly one cycle
A full week covers your training days and your rest days, the mornings you are rushing and the ones you are not. By the end you know whether this fits your routine or not.
Already know it works for you?
Then this is the expensive way to buy it. The 28-Pack is a month at $4.14 a pouch, ships free, and drops to $3.73 on a monthly subscription.
Seven 40g pouches.
All Roasted Grains, so there is nothing to choose between. Pea protein carries 22g per pouch, with roasted oats and organic Korean brown rice for the nutty flavour and the chewy pieces.
That is 154g of protein across the week, sweetened with maple powder and allulose rather than sugar.
Pouches are flat and light, so the box fits in a drawer rather than taking up a shelf.
All nine, including the one pea protein is short on.
Pea protein on its own is naturally low in methionine. That is the known gap in plant protein, and it is the reason people ask whether a vegan shake is a complete protein.
This formula adds L-methionine and L-leucine directly to the mix, so all nine essential amino acids are present in every pouch. Here is the full breakdown per serve rather than a claim.
Leucine
1,945 mg
Lysine
1,368 mg
Phenylalanine
1,167 mg
Valine
915 mg
Isoleucine
811 mg
Threonine
712 mg
Histidine
471 mg
Methionine
330 mg
Tryptophan
169 mg
Per 40 g serve. Leucine and methionine are highlighted because both are added to the formula rather than coming from the pea protein alone.
Three steps, no washing up.
Unscrew the cap
The pouch has a screw cap on a spout. No scoop and no measuring, since one pouch is one serve.
Add 200ml
Water or milk, straight into the pouch. Several buyers say milk suits this flavour better. Use less liquid if you want it thicker.
Cap on, shake, drink
Screw the cap back on and shake until smooth, then drink from the spout. It reseals, so you can put it down and come back to it. The empty pouch goes in the bin.
The bigger boxes work out cheaper.
Questions answered.
Does it contain gluten?
Yes. This product contains oats, which contain gluten, and it also contains soy. It is not suitable for coeliacs or anyone avoiding gluten. It is made on a line that also handles egg, milk, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustaceans and molluscs, so the full precautionary statement is in the panel below.
What are the chewy bits, exactly?
Roasted brown rice and oats, in small pieces through the drink. They soften but do not dissolve, so you chew them as you go. Most buyers describe this as the best part, and it is what makes the drink feel more substantial than a plain shake.
Does it leak when you shake it?
No. The pouch has a screw cap on a spout, not a tear-open top, so it seals properly before you shake. It also means you can drink half, screw the cap back on and finish it later.
Are all seven the same flavour?
Yes, all seven are Roasted Grains. If you want the chocolate one, the Cacao 7-Pack is the same size and price with 1g of sugars.
Water or milk?
Either works. 200ml is the starting point, and you adjust from there. Reviewers are split, with several preferring milk for this flavour and others happy with water. Less liquid gives you a thicker shake.
Is it a complete protein?
All nine essential amino acids are present. Pea protein is naturally low in methionine, so L-methionine and L-leucine are added to the formula to fill that gap. The full per-serve breakdown is in the section above.
Can I use it as a meal replacement?
Plenty of buyers use it that way when they are short on time, and at 22g of protein and 648kJ it is a substantial drink. It is a supplementary food rather than a formulated meal replacement, so it is not designed to replace all your daily nutrition. If you are relying on it for a specific dietary purpose, talk to your GP or a dietitian.
How long does the box keep?
The pouches are dry powder, so they store in a cupboard away from direct sunlight. The best before date is printed on each pouch, and there is no need to finish the box in a week if your routine is not daily.
Is it dairy free?
Yes. The protein is pea protein, so there is no dairy or lactose in the pouch, and it is certified Vegan and Kosher. Note the precautionary statement still lists milk, since the line handles it.
