You receive 2 packs × 10 sachets = 20 sachets total. At 1 sachet per training day, that covers roughly 20 training sessions. Each sachet is sealed for portability and pantry storage.
How much caffeine is that compared to coffee?
A standard espresso shot has roughly 60 to 80mg of caffeine, a standard brewed coffee has about 95 to 120mg. The Caffeine 110 gel sits at 111mg, right in that strong-cup-of-coffee range. Enough to feel, not enough to wreck you.
How is this different from the regular yohemite Energy Gel?
Same maple-water carbohydrate base and same vitamin profile. The Caffeine 110 version adds guarana extract and coffee powder for 111mg of natural caffeine per sachet. The regular version has no added caffeine.
Can I use this every day?
It's designed for performance moments, not daily use. The Australian label limits intake to 1 sachet per day, and it should be paired with training. At that rate, one 10-sachet pack covers about 10 training days. For everyday hydration without caffeine, choose the regular yohemite Energy Gel.
Who shouldn't use this?
Children under 15, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and anyone sensitive to caffeine. If you take medications, have a heart condition, or are unsure, check with your doctor or dietitian first.
When should I take it?
About 15 minutes before exercise. Caffeine peaks in your bloodstream around 30 to 45 minutes after consumption, so this timing puts you at peak focus during your session.

No. Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Each sachet is sealed for portability and pantry storage.
What does it taste like?
Light maple sweetness with a subtle coffee note from the natural flavour and coffee powder. Not heavy or sickly, designed to go down fast mid-session.
